Richmond Hotel Premier Sendai Ekimae

I had such a great time during my Christmas stay! The location was spot on-just a short walk from the station and close to all the best spots in the city. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help. Plus, they offered free soba and drinks in the lobby at night, which was such a nice touch!

There were a few downsides. The pillows took some getting used to, and I found the laundry facilities didn’t dry my clothes completely. the breakfast could use a bit more variety—just a few more options would’ve been nice! it was a great experience despite a couple of quirks.

The breakfast was complimentary with fruit, tea & coffee plus yoghurt, the staffing teams were especially helpful and attentive. The location was convenient in a shopping area, so close to the train station and all the shopping areas. Aoba Ward district was worth staying in. The stay for 3 nights in December 2014 certainly was good value.

I got great value for my money with a spacious room and plenty of storage space. The friendly staff made my stay even better, always ready to assist and in a prime location near the train station and shopping.

The food for breakfast could use more variety.

On our recent family trip, we stayed for four nights, and I must say, the experience was wonderful. The staff welcomed us warmly and were accommodating to our baby’s needs, even providing a high chair right away. We enjoyed a spacious room with plenty of storage, which made our stay comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, and the location near the train station was perfect for exploring. Plus, the lounge area with free drinks and ice cream added a cozy vibe.

The rooms at Richmond surprised me with their spaciousness, especially considering the typical size of Japanese rooms. The price was reasonable and the location near the main station was convenient. The hotel staff were friendly and always had an English-speaking person available. I also appreciated the free coffee, tea, and ice cream in the lounge. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Sendai.
